VO₂ Max Test
BETAA progressive ramp test to estimate your aerobic capacity. Run until exhaustion — the app calculates your VO₂ Max from your final workload.
This test requires you to run to voluntary exhaustion. Stop immediately if you experience chest pain, pressure, dizziness, nausea, or severe shortness of breath. Do not attempt this test if you are unwell, injured, or have not completed the PAR-Q+ health screening. Incline is adjusted automatically — you control your own speed.

Calibrate Your Phone
Teach your phone to read your treadmill's speed and incline using its built-in motion sensors — no Bluetooth needed.
- Place your phone FLAT on the treadmill console (the dashboard, not on the running belt).
- Make sure it sits firmly so it can't slide or rattle — the belt vibration is what we measure.
- Don't touch the phone once you tap Start Collecting — even a tiny tap ruins the reading.
- You'll set the treadmill to each speed, let it stabilise, then collect for 5 seconds. 6 steps · ~3 min.
